At Standard Manufacturers we realized a long time ago that improved lead-times and cost reduction are paramount in any ones manufacturing operation. As a result we offer our customers "in-house" heat-treating to compliment our manufacturing services. We are pleaseed to offer the following heat-treating services:

Induction Heat-Treating:
  • Hardening Depth .015" to .250"
  • CNC Scanning Bar size 3/16" to 6" diameter
  • CNC Scanning Bar length up to 6'
  • Stationary 6" wide x 48" diameter

Atmospheric Heat-Treating:
  • Case Hardening
  • Neutral Hardening
  • Normalizing
  • Carburising
  • Annealing
  • Carbon Restoration
  • Stress Relieving
  • Austenizing
  • Carbonitriding

*We can handle parts up to 24" wide x 15" height x 36" length in size with a 500 lb maximum weight capacity in our Integral Quench Furnace and Oil Quench Tank.
